About Crossroads Construction

As a second generation builder, Crossroads president, Adam Josef, has been building houses since 2001. Adam grew up spending many days riding with his father from site to site, and he believes that this is the source of the values and professionalism that guide his homebuilding.

After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in public affairs and corporate communications, Adam went to work for Plantation Homes as a superintendent. Adam says his experience at Plantation taught him the importance of customer service. “A phone call six months after they have moved in just to ask if they need anything, goes a long way to ensure our client is completely satisfied with us as a company and lets them know that they picked the right company to build their home.”

After Plantation, Adam was hired away to Emerald homes where he worked his way up to lead construction manager. During his time at Emerald, he was consistently among the company’s highest producers.

For the last seven years, Adam has been honing his skills at Crossroads Construction, the company he started to fulfill his professional goal of becoming a custom homebuilder. He has experience with commercial projects, additions, remodels and new builds.

His years of experience, degree in public relations and relationships with his contractors and vendors all help him strive to deliver a successful build for his clients.

Mission Statement

At Crossroads Construction, we believe that open communication is the key to a successful build. We strive to maintain open and honest relationships with our clients in order to achieve this goal. In addition, the knowledge, experience and craftsmanship that our vendors and contractors possess and generously share with us, ensure that our clients are proud to call their new house their home.
